Notes from our studio: how we run a project
From kickoff to launch in six weeks, without the chaos.

People are often surprised that we launch most sites in six to eight weeks. There is no secret. We keep teams small, decisions fast and work visible from the first day.
Week one: discovery
We interview stakeholders and customers, audit existing content and agree on the one sentence the site must communicate. By Friday, everyone has read the same short brief.
Weeks two and three: design
We design the most important page first, usually the home page, then extract a small set of blocks from it. Every block is designed and built at the same time, so there is no handoff gap.

Weeks four and five: build and content
- Build every block in Next.js and Sanity
- Move real content into the Studio with the client’s team
- Review pages together in Visual Editing every Thursday
Week six: launch and learn
We launch on a Tuesday, never a Friday. Then we watch the numbers, fix the small things and train the team to run the site without us.
Weekly demos beat status reports. Everyone sees the real thing, every week.
After launch
Most clients stay on a light monthly partnership. We run experiments, build new pages and keep the site fast as it grows.
